Viruses. ABOUT OUR TOURS/HOLIDAYS

Holiday Today™ through Omega Holidays plc brings to you tours/holidays which are supplied by a number of different tour operators.
All tours/holidays promoted are subject to availability and sufficient number being booked. Please note that all tour operators will have their own terms and conditions of booking.
Accommodation is based on a shared twin or double room with the majority having private facilities. Single room supplements and upgrade supplements may apply. You must read the holiday brochure to verify the accommodation offered with the tour/holiday.
The price of the tour/holiday is correct at the time of publication. Air passenger duty has been added to all appropriate departures.
Tours/Holidays include, unless otherwise stated, the services of a Tour Guide. Insurance and optional excursions are not included in the holiday price. You should contact the tour operator for advice on travel insurance if required.
All bookings are made with the tour operator directly. You should read the tour operator’s terms and conditions of booking carefully before signing. By signing the booking documentation you will be agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the tour operator.
Once you have registered your interest in a tour/holiday the tour operator or your Holiday Today™ Reader Holiday Manager will send out your requested brochure(s) and booking form(s) for the attention of the lead passenger.
Holiday Today™ have promoted this tour/holiday on behalf of the tour operator and on the basis of the information supplied by the tour operator. Holiday Today™ is a brand owned by Johnston Press plc and a member of the Johnston Publishing group. Holiday Today™ does not accept responsibility on behalf of the tour operator for any details within the tour/holiday offer advertisement which may later prove to be inaccurate or misleading.
The tour/holiday will be organized by the tour operator and subsequently any alterations, amendments and changes from the advertised tour/holiday offers will be the responsibility of the tour operator.
Any comments or complaints arising from any of the tours/holidays promoted through Holiday Today™ are the responsibility of, and should be taken up directly with, the relevant tour operator. Holiday Today™ welcomes comments on the tours/holidays we promote and will feed all comments back to the tour operator.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE AND LICENCE

Ownership. The copyright in the Holiday Today™ brand belongs to the Publisher. The copyright in the Website and its contents belongs to Omega Holidays plc, or has been included with the consent of other copyright owners. Reproduction in any form, printing or downloading of part or all of the contents is forbidden save in accordance with the licence granted below.
Licence to copy for personal use: You may print copies of any item in hard copy provided that you do not edit alter amend or delete any part of it or combine it with other material. You may recopy the material to individual third parties for their personal information only if you acknowledge the Website as the source of the information by including such acknowledgement and the address of the Publisher, Omega Holidays plc and the Website in the copy of the material AND you inform the third party that the material may not be copied or reproduced in any way.
